Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a return. Please review our policy below for more information:


Cancellation Process:


  • To cancel an order, customers must send an email to indieroots.ca@gmail.com.
  • Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in the email.
  • Our team will process your cancellation request and confirm the status.

Return Eligibility:


  • Customers can request a return for items within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Perishable items, including produce and frozen goods, are not eligible for return.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process:


  • To initiate a return, customers must send an email to indieroots.ca@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Late Returns:


Returns requested after 3 days of receiving the order may not be accepted.


Refund Policy:


  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the order placement.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Perishable Items:


  • Perishable items, including produce and frozen goods, are not eligible for return.
  • In the case of damaged or incorrect perishable items, customers should contact customer support immediately for assistance.
  • In the case of order cancellation, customers will not receive a refund for perishable items that have already been packed or prepared for delivery.

Exceptions:


  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or unavailability of specific items, Indieroots Ventures Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders and provide a full refund.
  • In the rare case of receiving damaged or incorrect items, customers should contact customer support immediately for assistance.
